We celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday here with some friends in Singapore. It was hard to be the chef and the photographer, sorry for not the best photos! Cooking this meal was a tad bit harder than it would have been at home. I would have loved a larger refrigerator,larger oven and more counter space!
Our dinner menu included turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, apple sauce, broccoli, a harvest salad, bread, green bean casserole, and au gratin potatoes.
